Overview

As one of the leading Research Intensive Universities in the country, the University of Arizona attracts a high percentage of students interested in pursuing graduate degrees. This is your chance to meet qualified students who are gathering information on potential graduate schools. Our diverse student population of over 28,000 undergraduates and 7,000 graduate students includes a large number of students interested in exploring possibilities at the upcoming Graduate School Day. The event will be advertised across campus via listservs, campus publications and through career liaisons working within the colleges.

Schedule

11:30 a.m. Set up begins. Allow enough time to arrive on campus, unload your vehicle and set up your display table before doors open to students.
1:00 p.m. Doors open to students.
4:00 p.m. Event ends.

Costs

Fee includes 6’ table, snack for two representatives and a parking space for one car in the Second Street Garage.

For all University of Arizona Departments: $75 per table (please pay by IBF)
For all other institutions of Higher Education: $100 per table

Note on payment for non-UA institutions: when signing up online, it is easiest if you can pay by credit card. If you prefer not to use a credit card, sign up online and check the box for payment by check. We will invoice you in an attachment to your confirmation email.

Can Material Be Shipped?

We are not equipped to handle shipping for this event. We recommend recruiters send all material for the event to their hotel. Thank you!
