- What is it?
- UA Fall Career Days is the largest career fair sponsored by The University of Arizona all year.
- Dates, Place & Times
- September 24 and 25, 2013, at the Student Union Memorial Center Grand Ballroom (3rd floor). Hours: 11am to 4pm each day.
- Attendance
- Up to 2,000+ students traditionally attend each day of this event. There is no major-specific day, so all majors can and do attend both days. If you are hiring primarily for technical positions, please indicate this in the space provided on the registration screen.
- Cost. Note: Registration Fee of $50 (waived if registering before August 1st).

- Daily Table Fee:
- Corporations: $600 per day or $1,100 for both days
- Government: $400 per day and no discount for 2 days
- Nonprofit organizations: $200 per day and no discount for 2 days
- Payments
- Note when signing up online: it is easiest if you can pay by credit card.
- If you prefer to pay by check, sign up online and check the box for payment by check.
- In either case, you will receive an invoice attachment to your confirmation email.

- Organizations from industry, business, engineering, the nonprofit sector and government.

- 09:30 a.m. Employers can check-in at the Registration Table (3rd floor Student Union Memorial Center) and set up display table in the Ballroom
10:00 a.m. Snack set up for recruiters
11:00 a.m. Doors open to all students attending event
11:30 a.m. Lunch served (Redington Restaurant on 3rd floor)
01:30 p.m. Final seating for lunch
04:00 p.m. Career Fair ends
