What is it?

UA Spring Career Days is the Spring equivalent of Career Services' successful UA Fall Career Days. Sponsored by the centralized Career Services office at the University of Arizona, this fair focuses on helping students make the connection to employers and offers opportunities in organizations in the nonprofit, healthcare, government, industry and business sectors. As a value-added, a Diversity Networking Reception will be held in conjunction with this fair, scheduled immediately following the closing of the fair on March 11th. 

Dates, Place & Times

March 11 & 12, 2014, at the Student Union Memorial Center Grand Ballroom (3rd floor) from 11 am to 4 pm.

Diversity Networking Reception

March 11, 2014, held in conjunction with the UA Spring Career Days, this event is an opportunity for students and participating employers to interact in a more personal setting. Attend UA Spring Career Days from 11am to 4pm and then join us at this reception where diverse students can learn about internships, job opportunities and much more. Event location: directly across the hall from the exhibit area in the Union Gallery. Light refreshments will be served.

Attendance

Last year's UA Spring Career Days hosted over 1,600 students during the two-day event. It is our goal to make this event the Spring equivalent of UA Fall Career Days.

2014 Costs:

Registration Fee: $50 (waived if registered before February 15th)
Daily Table Fee:

• Corporations: $500 per day
• Government: $400 per day
• Non-profit organizations: $200 on March 11th only. No tables available on March 12th.

There is a minimal fee to attend the Diversity Networking Reception and some exciting sponsorship opportunities for this event. As you scroll through the online registration form, these options will be explained in more detail.

Note when signing up online: it is easiest if you can pay by credit card. If you prefer not to use a credit card, sign up online and check the box for payment by check. In either case, we will invoice you via email as an attachment to your confirmation.

Overview of UA Spring Career Days Schedule

• 9:00 a.m. Employers can check-in at the Registration Table (3rd floor Student Union Memorial Center)
• 9:30 a.m. Set up display tables in the Ballroom
• 10:00 a.m. Morning Refreshments in the Sabino Room
• 11:00 a.m. Doors open to all students attending event
• 11:30 a.m. Lunch served in the Redington Room
• 1:30 p.m. Lunch Buffet closes
• 4:00 p.m. Career Fair ends (on March 19th, the Diversity Networking Reception will begin at this time)
