UA Engineering Student Council - Industry Expo: Wednesday, February 20, 2013, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Student Union Memorial Center Grand Ballroom. Yearly career fair sponsored by the Engineering Student Council in conjunction with activities for National Engineers Week.
UA Enactus Career Expo: Wednesday, February 13, 2013, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Student Union Memorial Center Grand Ballroom. This annual job fair targets all majors looking for internships and permanent career positions. This event is co-sponsored by Career Services, The Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and The Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing.
Career Showcase: Thursday, February 14, 2013, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in McClelland Hall. Established in 1994, Career Showcase is the largest student-managed career fair in the State of Arizona. In its fifteenth year, this unique event has provided corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations with the opportunity to interact with the students of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. With over 5,000 undergraduate students enrolled in 15 various academic programs, the Eller College of Management continues to prepare its students as they transition from the academic environment to the professional arena.
Health Professions Fair: The Health Expo will be Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at the Marriott University Park. Students speak with representatives from health professional schools across the country: medical, dental, chiropractic, osteopathic, naturopathic, pharmacy, nursing, physical therapy, optometry, podiatry and more!
Helping Occupations & Professions Expo: The ASU School of Social Work - Tucson Component, in collaboration with numerous Southern Arizona social services agencies, will be hosting their annual Helping Occupations and Professions Expo (HOPE) on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, from 10am to 2pm in the Hotel Tucson City Center; 475 N. Granada Avenue; Tucson, AZ 85701. This FREE event is open to ALL students and community members, and is a great way to explore professional and educational opportunities in human services.
Arizona Sports Marketing Association Sports Media & Career Symposium: The Sports Marketing Association (SMA), a University of Arizona organization providing students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the sports marketing industry, is hosting its Third Annual SMA Sports Media and Career Symposium. The symposium will be held Friday, February 24 from 11am to 5pm at the Student Recreation Center. This event exposes students to a variety of sports career options and give them the opportunity to meet with key industry organizations. This year’s symposium will include over 25 speakers from various sports organizations ranging from marketing companies to national sports organizations and teams. Each speaker will offer a unique inside view into the industry, hosting a roundtable discussion where students will be able to interact and ask questions.
UA Civil Career Night: Scheduled for Day and Date in 2013 TBD, at 6pm the locations is yet to be announced. Hosted by The University of Arizona Society of Civil Engineers.
Recruiter Round-up Education Job Fair: Scheduled to be held 9:00 am to 12 Noon on Day & Date TBD for 2013, Memorial Union (MU) Arizona Ballroom, Arizona State University, Tempe. The Education Round-Up is a summer event which provides teaching candidates a final opportunity to interview with employers before school begins. The Education Round-Up is a joint service of The University of Arizona, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University.
Collegiate Job and Internship Fair: Scheduled for Day & Date TBD for 2013, Arizona State University, Wells Fargo Arena, Tempe. Students from all three state universities (NAU, ASU, UA) are welcome to attend.
