Environmental Science: Communication & Education Emphasis

The Communication and Education concentration in the Environmental Science major familiarizes students with scientific, agricultural, and environmental issues and provides training to bridge the communication gap between the applications and nomenclature of environmental technology and the perceptions of the lay public. Graduates in the Communication and Education concentration might work as educators, activists, salespeople, program managers, or public relations liaisons for environmental organizations and agencies.
