Optical Sciences & Engineering

In addition to coursework in mathematics, optics, and optical engineering, students in the Optical Sciences and Engineering major gain experience working with lasers, optical detectors, optical instrumentation, optic fiber communications, optical design, and optical fabrication and testing.
