The Thematic concentration in the Neuroscience and Cognitive Science major provides students with a strong foundation in psychology, cellular biology, neurophysiology, advanced mathematics, and cognition, in addition to an elective emphasis in a topic of the student’s choosing. Graduates might seek work in research, patient care, education, biotechnology, or program coordination, and are also well prepared to pursue medical, pharmacy, or nursing school or graduate programs in neuroscience, public health, social work, or psychology.
