Job Shadow Program: Host a Wildcat
Provide Insight and Opportunity for Students
Provide UA students a valuable opportunity to gain career insight and build their network in your field during a 1-day job shadow sometime during Spring Break (March 5-9, 2018).
The UA Job Shadow Program is an educational experience for students; it may be their initial exposure to a professional workplace. For others, it will be a chance to explore a field they might otherwise not have exposure to or to build their professional network.
Depending on the nature of your industry and organization, the job shadow day may consist of:
- observation of your daily work
- sitting in on meetings/other activities
- touring your facility
- presentations by executives
- informational interviews with professionals in your office
- or hands-on experience

After the submission window closes, our team will review the applicants based on the students’ career interests, majors, and preferences.
You will be notified by February 28, 2018 if a student has been approved for your job shadow opportunity. We will try to match as many qualified students with hosts as possible.
