I've forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
To log into Wildcat JobLink you need your NetID and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can change it.
My graduation date needs to be changed. How can I do that?
Students cannot change their graduation date. Submit a ticket here.
I understand if I'm unable to log in, clearing my cache may help. How do I do that?
Why can’t I apply to this job?
The information Wildcat JobLink uses to match applicants to positions is pulled from UAccess. The criteria used is Major, Degree, Work Status, Student type and Graduation Date. If any of these items do not match, the system will not qualify you for the posting. By clicking into the posting, you'll be able to see what is not matching.
My Degree/Major isn’t showing.
The information for your degree/major/status is pulled directly from UAccess. JobLink is only able to handle a single degree at a time for each student, and we use the “primary” program/plan pulled directly from UAccess for that information. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the order of degrees/majors and Career Services has no authority to make any changes in UAccess accounts.
If you're trying to connect with employers and can't apply to positions that fit your second degree/major, please submit a ticket with the specific posting (employer name, job title and number) and we'll be happy to assist in getting you on interview schedules that you qualify for.
How do I upload documents into Wildcat JobLink?
In your Wildcat JobLink account, under the Documents tab, you can upload items like your resume and cover letter to apply to positions. Upload additional documents by choosing the “other documents” radio button.
To do this, you will need to log in to your Wildcat JobLink account and click the Documents tab, then Add New.
How do I update my work authorization?
You'll need to update your Work Authorization in your profile in order to apply for the position.
To do this, log in to your Wildcat JobLink account and click the Profile tab, then Edit under the Academics tab in your account. Select all of the options that apply to your situation and save your changes. It may take 15-20 minutes for the information to migrate.
How do I sync my calendar in Wildcat JobLink?
In your profile, you can synchronize the Career Services calendar with your Google Calendar. When you choose to do this, if you don’t specify each option, the system will synchronize all of the items. To stop this, you can select “Revoke Authorization.”
From your Home page, click on the Profile tab. Click on the Edit tab on the Personal section, then click on the Privacy tab. Scroll to the bottom and click on the Revoke Authorization box and Save Changes. This will stop the synchronization going forward. It will not clear what is already there.

I graduated after 1988. How do I access Wildcat JobLink?
If you remember your NetID and password, use those credentials to sign in. If you need to reestablish/reset your NetID and password, click here.
I graduated in or before 1988. How do I access Wildcat JobLink?
If you graduated prior to 1988, you will need to submit a ticket so we can build your account. Please include the following information:
- name you used as a student
- date of graduation
- email address
- date of birth
- matriculation number (if you know it)
- contact phone number
